Membership

As a member you can rent and download movies, receive special offers and earn credits if you are active in the community. The membership is valid on all Headweb services.

  • How do I change my account details?
    You can always access your account information when logged in by clicking "My Pages" -> "Profile". On the Profile page you can find your information and you can also change your password.
  • Do you sell my account information?
    No.
  • How do I change password?
    Login and navigate to "My pages" on the main menu. Click on "Profile". On the Profile page you find member information and a form for changing your password. Enter your current password in the top field and a new password in the second field. For security reasons you must verify the new password by typing it again in field number three.
  • I forgot my password, what to do?
    Navigate to the front page of Headweb.com. Click on the "Forgot password?"-link in the upper right corner. Enter your email address and click the "Send" button. You will now receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and follow the on screen instructions.
  • Can I end the newsletter subscription?
    Yes, you can easily end the subscription by logging in to your account and navigate to "My Pages" -> "Profile". Uncheck the newsletter checkbox and you will not receive any more newsletters.
  • How do I end my membership?
    Contact coustomer service to end your membership.
