Credit Card

• What is 3D Secure?

  3D Secure is the common name of a security solution for card payments over the Internet, with VISA and Mastercard. It is called "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode".
  
  If you are experiencing problems when using this security solution, or want more information, please contact your bank.

• Do you save my card information?

  Headweb does not save your card information. It is stored at our payment service provider and it is completely safe.

Prepaid

• How do I make a deposit to my account?

  When logged in on your account, through a browser on your computer, go to "My Page", there is a feature where you deposit money on your account.

• Can I transfer money from my internet bank?

  No. You can only deposit money with your credit card information from a VISA/Mastercard as it is right now.

• What is 3D Secure?

• Why do I have to wait an hour?

  If you get a message saying that you already have an ongoing purchase, and have to wait an hour, something with your purchase went wrong.
  
  It can be caused by any of the following reasons:
  
  - Your internet connection went down, which canceles the purchase.
  - Your bank is experiencing problems, with the result that your purchase gets denied.
  - You shut your browser window when your purchase was in progress.
  - You experienced problems with 3D Secure.
  
  We can't stop this waiting period. 
  Please contact your bank if you are not sure on what is needed when making online purchases.

Om du vill hyra en film med SMS, men inte vill betala direkt kan du använda dig av detta betalningsalternativ. Det kräver inte medlemskap eller inloggning och du får en samlad faktura i slutet av månaden. Läs mer om fakturor från Klarna.

• Hur gör jag för att betala med Mobilfaktura?

  Följ dessa steg för att betala din film med Klarna Mobil:
  
  1. Välj film
  2. Ange Mobilfaktura som betalningsmetod
  3. Skriv in ditt telefonnummer och begär pinkod
  4. Ange koden du får i ett sms för att aktivera betalningen
  
  Filmen är nu redo att tittas på!

• Min kod från mobilen fungerar inte

  Om du har problem med koden kan det bero på något av följande:
  
  1. Det är fel kod. Vänligen dubbelkolla så att alla tecken stämmer. 
  
  2. Du skriver in koden under fel betalningsalternativ. En kod från Klarna Mobil kan endast användas via betalningsalternativet Faktura. Klicka på "Starta filmen med en befintlig pinkod från Klarna Mobil" och skriv in din kod där.

SMS

To pay with SMS is very easy and the movie can be found on "My pages". 

• How do I reuse a SMS-code?

  An active SMS purchase code can be reactivated by clicking the shopping car in the video player.

• How long time does it take before the code is delievered?

  It usually takes about one minute before the code arrives, but it happens that it gets delayed by our customers mobile network operator and arrives after a while. Please double-check that there is enough money on your prepaid refill card or that your mobile network operator allows SMS payments.

Movie ticket

A movie ticket is an easy payment method, which you can receive through campaigns or as refund. Tickets can be used through a webbrowser on your computer or iPad.

If you have received a movie ticket, follow these steps:
- Log in on your user account
- Pick a movie and enter movie ticket as payment method
