Plot
En homosexuell polis dubbelliv är betalt och ombesörjt av Becks ärkefiende: Gavling, en höjdare i Stockholms undre värld. I gengäld har den homosexuelle polisen i åratal försett honom med hemlig information från rikspolisens arkiv. När polisassistenten försöker göra sig fri från Gavlings grepp, hittar man plötsligt honom död i en park. Hans död blir startskottet för den sista duellen mellan Beck och Gavling. En duell där ingenting är heligt och det finns bara en vinnare. Vi återser PETER HABER som den välkände Martin Beck och som Gunvald Larsson ser vi populäre MIKAEL PERSBRANDT. Filmen är den sjunde i serien om Martin Beck och hans poliskollegor.
