En del Windows Vista-användare har rapporterat att en ny Vista-uppdatering orsakat ett problem med Headwebprogrammet. Efter uppdateringen kan inte längre Headwebprogrammet ansluta till Headwebs tjänst.
För att snabbt åtgärda problemet finns en enkel lösning nedan:

1. Starta notepad som administratör, genom att klicka på startmenyn->tillbehör, och sedan högerklicka på notepad och välj "kör som administratör".
2. Öppna en fil i notepad genom Arkiv->öppna och skriv in: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
3. Lägg till följande rad "127.0.0.1 localhost" längst ner i filen som öppnats och spara sedan filen

Nu kan Headwebprogrammet ansluta igen. En fullständig fix kommer i en uppdatering av Headwebprogrammet.
