Crossfit-SM 2011

his is the third anual CrossFit-SM held by CrossFit Nordic. In CrossFit-SM you compete in weightlifting, running, throwing, climbing and all in between. The workouts this year are published only 5 days before the event. So the athletes have to be really all-round trained to be prepared for whatever may come. We have more than 300 athletes registered from all over Europe and the event will stretch over two days. Sätrahall in Stockholm is one of the biggest indoor track and field centers in Sweden. All is set for an awesome showdown on the 15-16th of october!
